CW Butterfly Lasers

14 Pin Butterfly DFB Lasers featuring internal optical isolators. 850,974,1064,1310,1550,1580, 1610 nm DFB lasers featuring narrow linewidths.

ITU channels 18-64 DFB laser packaged in our 14 Pin butterfly package with internal isolator and TEC. Upto 30 mW optical power.

10G Directly modulated laser in a pigtailed To-Can. 1550 and 1310 nm come with internal optical isolator. Offering 8 GHz of 3 dB Bandwidth.

25G InP 1310 nm DFB Laser in various TOSA packages with internal optical isolator. Offering 3 dB bandwidths upto 18 GHz.

1310 nm DFB co-packed with a 56 Gbaud EML. The device features 3 dB bandwidth of 43 GHz. (Coming soon)
