A 2.5G DFB high optical output power laser designed for OTDR applications. This is a pulsed laser with built in monitor Photodiode. Multiple wavelength configurations available.
10G 1310 nm DFB Laser
A 10 Gb/s edge emitting laser diode in a TO-can package. The Multi-quantum well distributed feedback (DFB) laser is directly modulated (DML) with a RF signal. This device comes with a built in Photodiode monitor to allow Auto-bias operation. Various build configurations allow the user to customize the optical connector as well as the mounting brackets for the device. Optics sub-assembly includes isolator.
10G 1550nm DFB Laser

A 10G 1550 nm DFB laser packaged with a power a monitoring InGaAs photodiode and Peltier thermal electric cooler (TEC).
The device comes in an 8 Pin pigtailed TO-can with customizable SMF28 fiber and optical connector.
10G 1550nm EML Laser With TEC
A 1550 nm DFB Laser Co-packed with a 10G External Absorption Modulator (EAM) to create an EML. The device features broad bandwidth packaged with a Peltier TEC and internal Isolator. The device can come configured with a Flexible PCB for horizontal mounting.
25G DFB Laser TOSA
